The resort is positioned directly on the secluded Salt Rock beach, just 5 minutes from Ballito on the magnificent north coast and is the only exclusive private residence in the area. King Shaka International Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 21 km.
Built in 2010, this four-star luxurious resort has ten bedrooms, with four suites facing the ocean directly. It is the first of its kind in South Africa and is ideal for leisure guests wanting absolute luxury and privacy. Immaculate attention has been paid to every detail which reflects the simplicity of the ocean life. The establishment features a lobby with 24-hour check-out service, a hotel safe, restaurant, conference facilities, Internet access, room service and a laundry service.
The beach residence has spacious bedrooms which are all en suite and have incredible sea views. The bathrooms are a statement on their own and are fitted with a shower, bath and hairdryer. Standard in-room amenities include a king-size bed, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a safe, tea and coffee making facilities and a balcony or terrace. The air conditioning is individually regulated.
This property has a beautiful outdoor heated swimming pool that runs the length of the deck and overlooks the sea and beach. The 25-metre lap pool has a cocktail seat the entire length and is suitable for sitting and enjoying cocktails, while watching the dolphins play in the ocean. The dolphins visit the residence daily and it is a treat to watch them playing in the waves.
The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serves delicious meals. It has a barbeque area and the chef often cooks on the open coals for different meal occasions.
