The building consists of 6 storeys and a total of 400 apartments. The apartments include an integrated living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom, an en suite bathroom and kitchenette with a fridge. The hotel's staff cleans the rooms when guests have vacated them. Within the gardens, a swimming pool (summer season) with terrace for sunbathing. The apartments are equipped with basic kitchenware, towels and bed linen.
* It is required to confirm by phone with the apartments, always before the arrival and at least 48 hours before, the time and place of the key collection, as well as the check in and check out time, as they may be subject to changes and are limited. The establishment will request a deposit on arrival in cash per apartment to guarantee the good maintenance of the apartment. Tourist tax not included, must be paid in cash at the reception of the apartment.
