All consist of a spacious living room with sofa bed for two people, two double bedrooms, a kitchenette and a large terrace overlooking the sea.- All apartments include bed linen and hand towels (not bath). They do not have oven, Internet, TV, air conditioning or heating.- CHECK IN TIMETABLE: between 4:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. / Check out: 9:00 a.m.- All payments must be made IN CASH.- The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price: ? 1.10 per person and per night.- A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of ? 150.00 per apartment for families must be deposited; or ? 75.00 per person for those under 30 years old.- It is mandatory to present the IDENTITY DOCUMENT OF ALL THE TENANTS upon arrival.- In the case of minors, AUTHORIZATION OF THE PARENTS or guardians, identified with ID, will be required in writing.- The holder of the reservation must be OF AGE.
