Welcome to this charming house, for 6 people, located in Sencelles, a small charming town. It has a beautiful terrace, a large garden, a chlorinated pool of 5 x 2 m with a depth ranging from 1.3 to 2 m, a solarium with three deck-chairs, and a fully equipped porch where you can spend great evenings. This 150 m2 house, distributed over two levels, has three bedrooms: two doubles on the first floor with air conditioning, and one double on the ground floor. A cot is available on request. There are two bathrooms with shower that serve the entire house, one on each floor. The living room is very welcoming and is equipped with two sofas, a coffee table and satellite TV. The dining room is equipped with a dining table and chairs and air conditioning. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped, with a gas cooker. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The property offers you a covered space for your bicycles. For our guests during November to March, the owner will invite you for daily breakfast. The house is located in Sencelles, a small charming village where you can find all amenities you may need during your stay: supermarket, medical centre, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc.Inca, just 9 km from Sencelles, is a town famous for the quality of the leather shops, for its cellars (restaurants) where you can taste the specialties of Majorcan cuisine and for its traditional market held on Thursdays. Only a 30-minute drive will take you to Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Spend a day on the sandy beach and have a cocktail while enjoying the sunset. In the area there are good restaurants to eat good paella, some with stunning views of the bay of Alcúdia. The promenade of Can Picafort is lively and contrasts with the tranquillity of Platges de Muro. It is also advisable to approach the area of Alcúdia, where there are coves with crystal clear waters.
