The Celemín? (old weight measure unit) is a single-family country house It is located in a small and quiet residential area 25 km. away from Avila. The house includes 3 bedrooms for 5-6 people, 1 full bath, a fully equipped kitchen and large 40 m2 living room with 3 different levels: the under level or cellar, in stone walls and granitic fireplace, the intermediate lounge area and the upper or relaxing and reading area which has even a bed. The ceilings of the house are lofty with a height from 2.50 to 4.30 m. with decorative wooden beams and wooden floors. It is decorated in a country style with some antique furniture. It has a porch of 45 m2. In a completely gardened 1,700 m2 parcel with barbecue, wood oven and a 9x5 meters swimming pool.
