This air-conditioned hotel was built in 2010. Designed by renowned local artists, it has been turned into a cosy, contemporary Mediterranean hotel. At its core are three old fishermens' houses that have been transformed into a modern and comfortable environment. The design and location will make guests feel part of Roses and the Costa Brava. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception, and facilities at the hotel include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a cloakroom. There are conference facilities available, and plenty of common areas such as a games room, TV lounge, café, bar and restaurant. Due to the uniqueness of the building, rooms vary in shape, size and colour.
