Cortijo del Mar is a complex of tourist apartments located between the city of Marbella and Estepona. Just a few minutes by car from the nearest beach, golf courses, supermarkets and restaurants. The complex has Andalusian-style architecture, framed by tropical gardens and a lake-shaped swimming pool. To enjoy a comfortable stay, the apartment is fully equipped, with air conditioning, TV, blinds, bed linen (linen), bath towels and a hairdryer in the bathroom. All apartments are characterized by bright and cheerful rooms, they are provided with kitchens equipped with appliances (oven, refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, water heater, coffee maker, kitchenware and utensils), a large living room, a bathroom with a whirlpool bath or shower and a terrace with views that can be of the complex, the pool, the mountains, partial views of the sea, North Africa and Gibraltar; there is nothing better to relax. Cleaning Services - Cleaning and towel change during stay (except kitchen and Sundays) and linen change (sheets) every three days.
Room Only - All apartments are rented on a room only basis and have fully equipped kitchens.
Parking - The complex has ample parking distributed both on designated street and in secure underground parking.
Internet - All apartments have WI-FI access.
Pets - Not allowed.
Security Deposit - A valid credit card number is required to secure the reservation. No charges will be held at the time of booking.Extra Charges and Taxes - 10% VAT, included in the daily rate.
