The property is situated above Cudillero, a beautiful fishing town on the Asturian coast, located 2.5 km from the beautiful beach of Aguilar. The town centre of Cudillero is around 1 km away, while the bus and train stations are roughly 500 m and 1.5 km away respectively. The town of Avilés, with extensive shopping facilities, is around 25 km away. The nearest airport is Asturias Airport, some 15 km away.
Originally built in 1877, this beautiful example of a typical Casona de Indianos stands amidst a garden populated with camellias, magnolias, centuries-old oaks and araucarias. Warm-toned upholstery has been employed in the colonial-style decorations, in combination with more up-to-date patterns, thus creating a very cosy atmosphere. The hotel offers 10 apartments, as well as a living room with a chimney and a library, a reading room, board games, a terrace and a garden. Other facilities include a hotel safe, a breakfast room, room service, a laundry service and a car park.
