Our Physical Reception hours are:

To facilitate the registration here you can enter the data of the identity documents of the guests yourself, as well as leave your reservation paid.
What if I can't register?
No problem. On the same day of arrival you can send us a photograph of the Identity Documents through the Reception WhatsApp (it is a number that complies with all Data Protection protocols).
Once we have your information and the room is ready (normally around 2:00 p.m., although if it may be earlier, we will send it to you before) we will send you a WhatsApp with the necessary information so that you can directly access your room.
