Fully refurbished in 2013, it´s a historical building in the heart of Madrid in a pedestrian street full of life because of its bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the essence of the authentic atmoshere in Madrid. At only 50 m away you can find Puerta del Sol and at 100 m Plaza Mayor. Because of its central location, the apartment building is very close to the main Madrid tourist attractions: Palacio Real, Gran Via, Plaza Cibeles, Museo del Prado, Museo Reina Sofia etc. The 60 m2 apartments with one or two bedrooms have a capacity of 2 to 5 persons. All are exterior, very bright and modern decorated with style and elegance. They consist of flat TV, air conditioning, heating and wifi. The bathroom fully equipped, hair dryer and amenities.
