The apartments are located just a few steps from the boulevard at the famous Maspalomas sand dunes. The boulevard leads to the sandy beach, which can be accessed simply via some stairs. The Shopping Centres Cita, Sandia and Jumbo, are a short walk away, as are supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
This small, owner-managed and quiet complex, is ideal for couples who want to spend a quiet holiday. The 21 apartments were built in 1978 and last renovated in 2016.
The apartments are spacious and have a seperate bedroom with 2 single beds or a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a sofa set and a TV, a dining table with chairs, and an equiped open kitchen.
All apartments face the sea and have sunny balconies or terraces with a table, chairs and sun loungers.
Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool (heated in winter), surrounded by green gardens.
Moreover, sun loungers and parasols are available for hire on the nearby sandy beach.
