This apartment complex is located in the tourist area of the town and lies within a few paces (approximately 500 m) from the turquoise-blue sea and inviting sandy beach. Public transport is located just a stone's throw from the hotel and scores of shopping facilities, countless restaurants, bars, nightclubs and additional entertainment venues are to be found in the vicinity (100 m - 200 m away).
Built in 1984 and renovated in 2002, the apartment complex possesses a total of 28 studios spread over 5 floors. The complex offers guests access to a reception with safe, a currency exchange facility and a lift. In addition, there is an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant, room and medical services and a playground as well as a car park.
The welcoming rooms all come with tiled en suite bathrooms, a kitchenette, a fridge and central heating.
