Welcome to this country house near Campanet. It offers the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience. The house has 110 m2 and it is ideal for families or little groups of friends as it has 3 double rooms; there is one room with two single beds, one room with a bunk bed and another room with a double bed and AC, which is built as a attic. Both rooms have closet and are very spacious. There is one bathroom with shower. At the 15 m2 terrace in front of the house there is a table with chairs, the perfect place to have a pleasant breakfast. You can as well relax in the living room, watching TV or surfing the Internet (WIFI). The independent kitchen has everything you may need: toaster, microwave, coffee machine, electric oven, gas stove, fridge and a lot more. Pets are allowed! The plot has an extension of 2700 m2 that surround the house and the pool area with a Mediterranean garden (without lawn). The chlorine pool is 7 x 5 meters large and has maximum depth of 2.2 meters. Next to the pool there are four sun beds where you will be able to relax and enjoy the lovely Majorcan climate. You will have access to a gas barbecue to cook outside. In the garden you will find a huge variety of fruit trees: oranges, figs, loquats, etc. You will be able to enjoy any fruit you want depending on the season, of course. The location of the house is perfect, as you can easily reach any other place in the island. However, you will need a car ? the nearest bus stop is 650 meters away in Campanet. In town you will find supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The closest hospital is in Inca, 8 km from the house. In Inca you will find any kind of shops and restaurants (fresh fish, meats, Italians, tapas, tasting menu, sushi, traditional Majorcan food, etc.). As well as that, there is a local market on Thursdays and the town becomes a lively place. In spring and autumn after rain, we recommend you to visit the springs Ses Fonts Ufanes.
