Welcome to this charming property on the outskirts of Santanyí, for 4 people. The exteriors are lovely thanks to the gardens and the chlorinated pool of 11 x 4m with a depth ranging from 1.35 to 1.80m. There are two fully furnished terraces and a mobile barbecue. This 80m2 house distributed over two floors and decorated in a rustic style, features two bedrooms, one double on the ground floor and one twin on the first floor. A cot and a high chair are available on request. It has a bathroom with bath located outside of the house. The living-dining room and the kitchen share the same space. The living-dining room is very welcoming and has two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped, with a glass-ceramic hob. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house is just 2 km from Santanyí, a town where you can find all amenities you might need during your stay: supermarkets, medical centre, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Within a 15-minute drive you can reach different white sandy beaches such as Es Trenc or Colonia de Sant Jordi, and a wide variety of beautiful coves with crystal clear waters. In Santanyí you find the Natural Park of Mondragó, where you can go on lovely trips. Within 10 km you can find Cala d'Or and its lively nightlife as well as a wide range of leisure activities.
