Welcome to this cozy ground floor in the coastal area of Gandia, in second sea line, close to the beach. This property can accomodate 6 people, plus 2 extra spaces (in the living room?s sofa bed). The house has 2 large terraces; a 30m2 furnished one, where you will be able to enjoy summer meals with your family and friends, and a 19m2 one. The property?s privacy is partial and has 1 parking space for a small car. The house owners work at the fruit store attached to the property. The apartment?s cool and cozy living room and dining room share the same space. The kitchen is opened and it has all the utensils and appliances needed to cook your best dishes, including a gas stove. In the area, you will find a laundry area with 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds and 1 with 1 double bed. All the rooms have wardrobes, and there is access to 1 crib. The house has 2 additional spaces at no extra cost thanks to the couch that converts into a double bed. The property has 1 bathroom with a shower. The house is located in 2nd sea line, 70m from Neptune Promenade. There, you can take long walks, as it is 3 km long and parallel to the sea. You will be able to enjoy all kinds of shops with its terraces, while admiring the views of the Mediterranean Sea. The best thing is its proximity to the sea, just 150m away from taking a dip at the beach. If you still have time to enjoy Valencia, you can visit the Arts and Sciences Museum or, the best amusement park in Benidorm, Terra Mitica. During the summer season, and close to the beach, there is a market (which starts at 20h) where you can also find many native crafts. In the beach area you can also enjoy water activities. If nature is what you like, stop and visit the Ullal de L'Estany, one of the springs that feeds Gandia?s marsh. Its fresh water comes from the nearby mountains and emerges from the ground next to the ?l?Alqueria del Duc?.
