This popular holiday complex comprises a 4-room terraced house with 3 floors with facilities on offer in the main building including a public Internet terminal, a food shop, an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and a bar. Each of the apartments also has its own garage.

Each of the functional apartments comes with an en suite bathroom, a lounge/ dining area with satellite/ cable TV, Internet access, centrally controlled air conditioning and heating, an open-plan kitchen with a microwave and a freezer as well as a separate bedroom and a terrace or balcony offering fabulous panoramic views out over the sea and mountains. The exits also lead into the complex's gardens. A washing machine is available for use.

There is a large, kidney-shaped pool in the sprawling outdoor area as well as a children's pool and an outdoor shower. It is possible to relax on the sun terrace where sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use and sports enthusiasts may make use of the tennis facilities and the golf course, which lies some 20 km from the hotel. The nearest beach on which various water sports including water skiing, jet skiing, windsurfing and diving are on offer lies approximately 10 km away.

Guests may either enjoy their meals in the restaurant or take the self-catering option.
