All houses are provided with living room with two single footstools, 2 double rooms, kitchen with washing machine, fully equipped bathroom and furnished terrace. Kitchens have been completely refurbished in winter 2008.

Houses are provided with living room, 2 double rooms and 1 single room, kitchen with washing machine, fully equipped bathroom and furnished terrace.

Communal swimming pool, private garden, cots, tennis court, bar, restaurant and supermarket are available in the urbanization.
