Complex of several buildings in front of the sea about 500 meters from the center of Miami Playa, where you can find many shops, banks, restaurants, etc. Buildings have a communal swimming pool open in high season, lift and garden area. The apartments have three different capacities:
Type 2/4: it consists of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed (two places) and opened kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with furniture.
Type 4/6: it consists of two double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed (two places), kitchen, bathroom and balcony with furniture.
Type 6/8: same distribution of 4/6 but with one more double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
It includes: Linen bed appropriate to the capacity of the apartment with the exception of bath towels. Cleaning at check-in and check-out, weekly linen change and rational consumption of water and electricity. On arrival at the reception for key collection client must pay a deposit of 50 ?, per adult. Here, have the option of renting TV and safes, "according to availability, and also to book excursions.
