The charming family-friendly hotel offers a total of 203 comfortable rooms situated around a beautiful garden. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Additional facilities at this air-conditioned beach hotel include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, hairdressing salon, games room and a children's playground. The hotel also offers conference facilities, WLAN Internet access, a laundry service and bicycle hire. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the hotel car park.

Rooms are distributed among three traditional Arab houses built on 4 levels, overlooking the swimming pool and the hotel garden. All rooms have an en suite bathroom with bathtub. Facilities include a double or king-size bed, telephone, satellite TV, Internet access, minibar (on request, fees apply), fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Balcony windows or a terrace, as well as air conditioning/central heating also feature as standard. Individual safety deposit boxes are available for hire at the reception.

The hotel has 2 swimming pools (1 indoor and 1 outdoor), a children's pool and a poolside snack bar with parasols laid out around the pool ready for use. A variety of daily sports and activities such as aqua fit, a steam room and massage are available. There are nightly themed entertainment evenings with the entertainment team (night shows and spectacles with guests' participation) in the multipurpose room in winter and around the swimming pool in summer. Sports available free of charge include table football, bowls, beach volleyball, archery, handball, mini golf, aerobics, table tennis and water polo.

The main restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner (international and themed buffet) with a non-smoking area. There is a barbecue near the swimming pool (open only in summer), and the hotel also has a café and bar for drinks and light refreshments.
