This hotel comprises a total of 40 apartments spread over 5 floors. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange counter, a safe and a lift. Further facilities include a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. Medical services, a small supermarket and a bicycle hire service round off the offerings. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground.

The pleasing apartments come with a bathroom, a hairdryer, satellite/ cable TV, a direct dial telephone, a stereo, a kitchenette, a fridge, an Internet connection, a balcony and a separate bedroom. Tiling, centrally regulated air conditioning, central heating and a hire safe also feature within the rooms. Hotel staff clean the rooms on guests' departure.
