Un vecchio edificio di 9 piani ospita questo ostello di basso livello. Sorge su un'area di campus piuttosto grande su una collina a soli 1.500 metri dal centro della città. Alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione di base avranno luogo prima dei Campionati ma la qualitá igienica e strutturale rimarrà bassa. Ogni due camere condividono un bagno e servizi igienici. Essendo situato in posizione centrale ci sono negozi, bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze del campus. Lo stadio si trova a 6 km dall' ostello ed è raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici.An older 9 floor building houses this hostel of low standard. It stands on a rather big campus area on a hill just 1.500 meters from the center of town. Some basic renovation will take place before the Championships but sanitary and room quality will remain low. Every two rooms share a separate bathroom and a toilet. Being very centrally located there are shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinity of the campus. The stadium is 6 km from the hostel and can be reached by public transport.
