The Town of Saugerties offers antiques, boutiques, museums and restaurants. Saugerties was featured in the New York Times for its adaptable environment and all that it has to offer. Woodstock is a short drive from the hotel and is home to many local musicians and artists. It is the hometown of the American comedian, actor, television host, and musician Jimmy Fallon.
In the summer enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, water rafting and tubing and ziplining, or just spend the day at the Saugerties Farmers Market. Also, in the summer attend events such as HITS, Horses in the Sun, and the many festivals held at Dutchess County Fairgrounds.
