Park Hyatt Aviara, an iconic Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond coastal destination nestled within 200 lush acres just north of San Diego, is poised to embrace the next chapter in its storied evolution. Our chic luxury resort will undergo an exciting transformation beginning mid-November 2019 with an anticipated completion date of June 2020. As part of this $60 million expansive redesign, we will introduce refreshed guestrooms and suites, upgraded event spaces, modern restaurant and bar concepts, as well as, enhancements to the resort's grand lobby entrance, pools, spa and public areas. A tentative timeline is below and is subject to change:
* GUEST ROOMS & SUITES - Mid-November 2019 to Early Spring 2020 {Completed in phases}
* FAMILY & ADULT POOLS - Mid-December 2019 to Mid-Spring 2020
* LOBBY & PUBLIC SPACES - Early January 2020 to Late Spring 2020 {Completed in phases}
* AVIARA SPA - Early Spring 2020 ? Mid-Summer 2020
* RESTAURANTS - Winter & Spring 2020 (At least one restaurant will always be open)
* GOLF COURSE - April 1, 2020 to October 1, 2020 (Course will be closed during this time)
