This lovely town home will accommodate up to 10 people very comfortably, with its four bedrooms and additional sleeper sofa in the living room. With close to 900 sq ft on the first floor of the townhome there?s the master bedroom with king sized bed, full bathroom, a spacious living room with sleeper sofa, dining area for 7, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar that seats and additional 5, designed with a gourmet cook in mind, A highchair and baby crib is available in one of the closets in the bedroom on the first floor, and sliding doors leading out into a private lanai and heated pool. The pool area has plenty of seating and lounge options perfect for enjoying an evening by the pool with a glass of wine in great company, with the sound of crickets and the breeze in the palm leaves. Upstairs is where the other three bedrooms are, a king bedroom with ensuite, queen bedroom, and a bedroom with bunk bed, the bottom being a full and the top a twin. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, with the exception of the room with the bunk bed, and TV?s, and pay per view in home movies on the downstairs living room TV as well as a DVD player. On the second floor there?s also the other bathroom as well as a washroom for laundry with its own washer and dryer as well as ironing equipment. All the bathrooms have cleaning supplies and blow dryers, and there?s an extra guest bed is stored under the bed in the master bedroom upstairs as well.
