This gated resort features courtyard homes, which have been designed in a Mediterranean style. The courtyard homes are not detached, rather they are adjoining properties, and the resort includes many community facilities. This is a good pool heat community.

All courtyard homes feature a private, screened-in swimming pool and are furnished to the highest standard. They are semi-detached/terraced properties, similar to town houses, to give them a European-style look, however they offer the size and all of the facilities of a detached villa. The en suite bathrooms come with a bathtub/shower and hairdryer and in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, double beds and air conditioning and central heating. The kitchens come with a fridge, a cooker, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine and an ironing set.

The resort features a clubhouse with an indoor children's play room, a gym and a large lounge. Other features within the resort include a tennis court and sand volleyball court.
