This contemporary themed resort community offers 5 distinctive designs, each well appointed with luxurious features. The clubhouse features a lagoon-style community pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts and a 4,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. Oakwater is a short drive to SeaWorld, Universal Studios, the Orlando Convention Center and local area attractions. Oakwater offers a family-friendly atmosphere and recreational activities to suit all ages. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Check-in at 8555 Irlo Bronson W. US Hwy 192, Kissimmee, FL. between the hours of 9am-7pm Monday-Saturday, we close at 6:00 p.m. Sept. 1 - Dec. 20th and 9am-5pm Sunday. Verification of drivers license and a valid credit card are required at check-in for all properties. Global Resort Homes will NOT leave a check-in packet for after-hour arrivals for any guests arriving within 7 days of booking. Any reservations 5 nights or less pay cleaning fees, prices vary per unit size. No pets allowed. A damage waiver fee of USD 60.00 will be collected at check in. This covers for up to USD 1500 on any accidental damages. A cleaning fee will also be collected at check in, 3 bedroom are USD 100.00 and 2 bedrooms are USD 90.00. There is a Pool Heating charge of USD 25 per day, minimum of 1 week USD 175 plus tax.
