The Grand Resort Hotel is the Grand Ole Lady of the Smokies, featuring 400 deluxe guest rooms on 8 acres situated between the Great Smoky Mountain Parkway and over 900 feet of river frontage along the Little Pigeon River. This 5-story hotel offers the only 5-story lighted waterfall and reflecting pool and boasts of the largest indoor whirlpool spa in Pigeon Forge. Enjoy the scenic mountain views, or our private, shaded picnic areas along the banks of the Little Pigeon River, swim and relax in either outdoor or indoor swimming pools year round, or hop on the quaint Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg Trolley and take in any of the hundreds of shops, outlet malls, shows, dinner theatres, restaurants and attractions. WiFi is available around the lobby area. We also offer an arcade area on the main level and a guest laundry on the second floor.

Breakfast is available at our onsite restaurant, Seaton?s Café. During the low season, the restaurant is open only on weekends. During the full season, Seaton?s Café is open 7-days a week. Guests are welcome to enjoy ?All You Can Eat? biscuits and gravy or pancakes with a purchased beverage. For only $5.95 guests can feast at the Full Buffet ($7.95 for non-guests). The full buffet includes sausage links, sausage patties, bacon, home-style and hash brown potatoes, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, pancakes and grits.

Grand Resort Hotel and Convention Center offers 400 guestrooms in a 5-story property that is handicapped accessible and features 3 elevators. Guest parking is complimentary. Guestrooms offer either 2-double beds or a single king bed, are accessible via exterior corridors and are provided with a 25-inch remote-controlled televisions with over 80 channels of basic cable TV. Guestrooms feature direct-dial phones, refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea makers, private bathroom including shower/tub combinations and hair dryers. Services include housekeeping.

Our standard deluxe guest rooms offer 2 double beds or a single king bed, with microwaves, refrigerators, 25-inch remote control televisions with extended basic cable TV, direct dial telephones, individually controlled heat & air, hair dryers, coffeemakers and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination unit. Non-smoking and smoking rooms are usually available.

Located at Light 6 - Pine Mountain Road, we are centrally located to the area's recreational facilities including skiing, putt putt golf, 18-hole championship golf courses, bungee jumping, helicopter rides, bumper car and go-carts. Douglas Lake is nearby and provides seasonal water sports and fishing. Dollywood and Dolly's Splash Country are a short drive away as well as any of the numerous dinner theatres, shows and world-class shopping.
