Niceville is a small town nestled on the shores of the Choctawhatchee Bay in an area that is also the home of the Eglin Air Force Base. The hotel is located in Bluewater Bay overlooking "Rocky Bayou," conveniently situated less than ten minutes from the Okaloosa Regional Airport and the air force base. The emerald-green waters of the gulf offer world-class deep sea fishing expeditions, water skiing, jet skiing, diving or any watersport visitors like- all within minutes of the hotel. Plus, the nearby beaches are some of the safest in the world, with no undertow and extremely shallow waters.
