This family-friendly beach hotel and spa complex comprises a total of 159 guests units, including 18 suites. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour check-out service, a hotel safe, lift access and a hairdressing salon. Guests have a games room, a children's playground, a café, a bar and 6 restaurants at their disposal and they can also take advantage of the conference facilities. Room service is available and there is parking on site for those arriving by car.

All of the hotel guest rooms and suites feature classic West Indies island décor and all come with a private bathroom with an oversize tumbled marble shower and bath and a hairdryer. They are equipped with a direct dial telephone, a large flat-screen TV with satellite/cable channels, a radio, Internet access (wired and wireless) and a safe. Furthermore, an ironing set, air conditioning and central heating are provided in all accommodation units as standard. Most of the luxury accommodation units offer balconies, many with spectacular water views and some with direct access to the swimming pools.

Guests can take advantage of the tropically decorated sun terrace with its large pool in the outdoor complex. In total, there are 5 pools available for guests' use, including a heated pool and a children's swimming area. Guests can work out in the gym or relax in the hot tub or with a massage or spa treatment. On the hotel beach, guests may try their hand at water sports activities such as waterskiing, jet skiing, diving and sailing, or simply watch the dolphins swimming in the lagoon. There is a tennis court on-site and it is also possible to enjoy a game of basketball or beach volleyball. Guests may like to explore the surrounding area by bicycle and there are entertainment programmes available, including a programme for children. Moreover, there are sun loungers and parasols available for guests' use on the pebble beach.
