** 203 - Room 203 - Queen with Fireplace
** 205 - Located on the first floor, this quiet room was originally the dining room and still contains the swinging door to the butler's pantry - now the en suite bathroom with pedestal sink and round shower. The cherry four-poster Queen bed with matching nightstands is tucked into the spacious alcove. The natural gas/coal replica fireplace has stylized sunburst patterns carved in the original mantel which compliments the sunburst stained glass window found on the West wall of the room. Sage green walls and soft gray wainscoting give this room an air of elegance and sophistication.
** 206 - This Southwest corner room on the second floor is the favorite for those guests wanting to sleep late, but the late afternoon sun pours into this delightful room making it the ideal place to curl up on the daybed to read, relax and nap. The hand painted corner desk enables business travelers to work comfortably. The deep teal walls and lighter teal ceiling make this room soothing and serene. The oak, Queen bed beckons weary travelers and a twin daybed acts as a comfy spot to relax or as an additional bed when 2 adults traveling together require separate sleeping arrangements. The en suite bathroom has a neo-angle shower and a stained glass window that mimics the stained glass window over the desk.
** 207 - This second floor room occupies the Southeast corner of the second floor and features an oak, Queen sleigh bed with matelasse coverlet. Curved stain glass windows in the tower area provide exceptional sunlight over the custom designed built-in desk. The East windows overlook the Ash Street School with its magnificent clock tower. The school was built in 1874 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings. The en suite bathroom has a large shower and a custom vanity fashioned from an antique birds-eye maple bureau. The deep mahogany-rust walls seem to envelope you as you relax on the loveseat to enjoy a good book, e
