The villas and apartments lie beside a restaurant, bar and pool surrounded by wonderful tropical gardens. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange bureau in addition to a hairdressing salon, a games room, a TV room, public Internet access, a restaurant, a selection of shops and bars, car parks and a garage. There are room and laundry services to take advantage of, as well as babysitting. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground.

The accommodation units each feature a terrace that opens onto private gardens, 2 double beds or 4 twin beds, 2 bathrooms with a bath and/ or shower, cots for infants (on request), a lounge/ dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a fridge, a coffee machine and ironing equipment, as well as a direct dial telephone and an Internet connection. Individually controllable air conditioning comes as standard, as do a ceiling fan and a room safe. Television sets and radios may be hired.

A total of 3 pools with sun loungers, parasols and are snack bar are available in the outdoor complex. It is possible to try out water skiing, jet skiing, motor boating, sailing, catamaran sailing, diving and billiards whilst guests may alternatively kick back and relax on the beach where sun loungers and parasols have also been laid out. Guests may spend an afternoon at the nearby Europa Pool or at the Baku Beach Club in Holetown that lies 10 minutes walk away. Tennis courts and golf courses are to be found in the local area.
