This hotel complex lies directly beside famous La Condese beach about 20 minutes from the centre of Acapulco where a diverse selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs are to be found. It takes about 30 minutes by car to reach the airport.
The hotel comprises a total of 161 rooms affording views out over the bay, mountains or the Avenida Costera Miguel Alemán. Facilities at the complex include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a hire safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom and a lift in addition to a selection of shops, meeting rooms, a hairdressing salon, a babysitting service, room and laundry services and WLAN Internet access. Guests may enjoy a delicious buffet, à la carte lunch or dinner while admiring the views or sample Argentinean-style steaks on the open-air terrace of the Bugambilas Restaurant. An array of seafood dishes and Mexican 'botanas' (appetisers) may be sampled in La Palapa bar as can the most exotic tropical drinks.
All rooms have a balcony affording views out over the sea, the mountains or the Avenida Costera Miguel Alemán. Each of the air-conditioned rooms has marble flooring and has been elegantly decorated. A king-sized bed or 2 double beds, a full bathroom (bathtub and shower), a fan, a telephone, an answering machine, satellite/ cable TV, an Internet connection and ironing equipment are just a few of the standard room features.
There is a swimming pool with three different levels as well as an additional paddling area for the children in the hotel's outdoor area. It is possible to enjoy a drink at the poolside bar or to relax on the sun terrace where parasols provide some shade. Volleyball may be played, a massage enjoyed or the sunshine simply enjoyed on the beach. There are many different water sports to try out.
