The Apartments El Pedruchillo are located in an urbanization on the first line of the beach of Mar Menor, 50 meters from the Mediterranean Sea, 1.7 km from the marina Tomás Maestre and 17 km from the lighthouse of Cabo de Palos.
The apartments offer a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and views of the pool. This beachfront establishment offers access to a balcony and free private parking.
With a capacity of 2/4 and renovated in 2012, the apartments consist of a double bedroom overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette with washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, a bathroom and a large terrace with magnificent views of the Mar Menor.
A promenade surrounds the urbanization with beautiful and spacious garden areas, a spectacular swimming pool (for adults and children open from June 1st to September 30th). There is a garage (optional; direct payment), a reception office, cafeteria, restaurant, hamburger restaurant and sailing school. Due to its location, it is ideal for the practice of all kinds of water sports.
* It is recommended to confirm by phone with the apartments, always before the arrival and at least 48 hours before, the time and place to pick up the keys, as well as the time of check in and check out, as they may be subject to change. The establishment will request a deposit to guarantee the good maintenance of the apartment.
Due to the prevention measures of Covid19, the use of the swimming pool will be subject to the regulations of each community of owners.
