The Hotel-Apts Sol Parc is located in an enclave of a unique nature between a lush pine grove of 35,000 m2 with a careful and beautiful garden, next to the sand dunes where the path that leads directly from the hotel to the beach runs.
The Arenal de Son Saura is one of the most pristine and beautiful beaches in the north of the island, with fine white sand and gentle descent, with direct access to the Camí de Cavalls that will discover several virgin coves. You can also walk to the Arenal des Castell (also accessible by car 10 minutes), 10km from the fishing village of Fornells, and 15km from the urban center of Es Mercadal from the complex. 24km from Mahón and 20km from Ciutadella.
The complex is less than 2 km from the only Golf on the island.
In the huge outdoor complex you can find two swimming pools for adults with a separate area for children, one of them with slides, an outdoor heated children's pool and a pool bar with terrace. In the solarium you will enjoy free sun beds and umbrellas for customers.
The complex has a total of 272 studio-apartments spread over two-storey buildings, equipped with a double bedroom, a bathroom, full kitchen, a living room with sofa bed and balcony or terrace. It also has an entrance hall with a reception area (24 hours), a cafeteria, a small supermarket and a bar with television.
The complex also includes a continental buffet restaurant, with a children's area. All services have drinks included: soft drinks, beer, red wine, white and rosé wine.
Above the beach you will find a restaurant with fantastic views, where you can enjoy from a summer breakfast to a romantic sunset while enjoying a typical Caldereta de Menorca.
The most athletes have a tennis court, basketball, soccer, petanque, mini-golf, beach volleyball, gym and beyond this, approximately 1 km away, is the only golf course (18 holes) on the island.
