This hotel is situated in quiet and somewhat elevated residential area of Puerto de la Cruz close to Parque Taora. The beaches Playa Jardín and Playa Martiánez are 2 km from the hotel, and the hotel offers transport to this zone; whilst shopping and entertainment venues lie around 150 m away. Convenient public transport links are located within 800 m of the hotel. Tenerife North airport is approximately 25 km away.El resort has what is possibly the most extensive garden area of all the hotels on Tenerife. Every week a guided tour is given to explain the rich botanical details to the guests. The resort has one zone completely renovated during 2006, and the other blocks were renovated during 1995. There are a total of 277 rooms, 80 of them being apartments. Available to guests are the gardens and sun terrace, reception 24hrs, money exchange service, lift, TV room, games room, hairdressers, cafeteria, kiosk, 2 bars, air-conditioned restaurant with high chairs, laundry service and wifi internet connection (extra charge).
