The resort comprises 150 guestrooms, a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a café, bar, pub, restaurant and conference facilities. Facilities on offer to guests include WLAN Internet access, room and laundry services, a car park and a bicycle hire.

The hotel offers a variety of accommodation ranging from a homey Forest House for large families to a Rose Garden and Premier Room for top VIPs and executives. All rooms have a balcony or terrace with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and forest. All rooms are fitted with an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer, as well as a double or king-size bed, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV and Internet access. They also come with a safe, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, washing machine and ironing set as standard. The air conditioning is individually regulated.

The resort features 3 swimming pools, including one outdoors, tennis courts, sauna, massage and spa treatments, mountain biking and the hotel's own rose garden. Guests may also like to play badminton or volleyball.

The food and beverage department will ensure that guests' culinary requirements are fulfilled, whether for a 400-person banquet or a couple's intimate candle-lit dinner. Breakfast buffet is served, and lunch and dinner are offered à la carte.
