Housed within an architecturally interesting building and offering an exclusive ambience, this hotel comprises 260 rooms of which 14 are suites. Facilities within the air-conditioned building include a foyer, lifts, a café, a Turkish café, shops, jewellery and leather goods stores, a souvenir shop and a hairdresser's salon in addition to a bar, an open-air nightclub, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant with an outdoor terrace. Those arriving by car take advantage of the car park and garage facilities and the laundry service may also be made use of. There is a doctor and a nurse on hand and younger guests may let off steam in the playground as well as participate in the kids' club activities (for those aged between 4 and 12 years of age). There is a car hire service available on request and, on payment of an additional fee, a babysitting service.

Each of the comfortable rooms comes with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a fridge, air conditioning (centrally controlled), central heating, a hire safe, a sitting area and a balcony or terrace. There are 3 rooms with disabled access on offer to guests.

Leisure facilities include an indoor pool and, in the outdoor complex, an additional pool swimming pool with a separate children's area, a water slide, a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers laid out ready for use. Further leisure options include a spa area with a sauna and massage service (fees apply) and water sports on offer to guests include water skiing, windsurfing (only with surf certificate), sailing, canoeing and pedalo hire (local providers). Sports enthusiasts may make use of the 4 tennis courts, 2 of which are floodlit (on payment of an added fee), table tennis tables, football pitch, in-house gym, go riding (about 1 km from the hotel), play beach volleyball or billiards/ snooker (fees apply). An entertainment programme provides some variation and amusement for guests and there are many more water sports on offer from local providers on the nearby beach.
