This is a small development of quality homes, which gets its name from the Orange Grove around which it is built. The villas are all single storey and the tree-lined streets are well lit at night, perfect for an evening walk or run. This is a gas pool heat community.

All homes come with centrally regulated air conditioning and heating units, as well as a cable TV and a telephone, a love seat and tables and chairs in the dining area. The master bedrooms have a king-size or queen-size bed with an adjoining bathroom and shower. Additional rooms have either 1 double bed or 2 twin beds with at least 1 shared bathroom and shower. The homes also offer a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV and a radio. The kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge and a cooker, as well as cooking utensils, tea and coffee making facilities, crockery and cutlery. A washing machine and clothes dryer and an ironing set are also provided. All villas feature a screened-in private pool, a poolside sun terrace and a minimum of 2 sun loungers set around the pool.

The complex features a Tiny Tots play area, tennis and basketball courts and a soccer field. There is also a lake where guests can fish and a beautiful conservation area. The layout of the community makes the paths perfect for guests' morning jogs.
